Orders that are shipped from our Australian warehouse will incur a $5 shipping fee regardless if cart total is above $100.

Please know that the cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location and weight.

Parcels being sent outside of Australia may be subject to customs, duties and taxes.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted for return, your item(s) must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

• Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder

• Be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair

• Not be a final sale item

• Not be underwear, socks, towels, or drinkware

• Swimwear bottoms must have the hygiene sticker intact and untampered

• Kivo9 reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet these requirements. If returned items are ineligible, they will be sent back to you and any applicable fees recovered. 

• Refunds are only available to new customers on their first order.

• If any items are missing from your return, Kivo9 may engage a third-party service to recover outstanding funds.
